  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 jars junior carrots (baby food)
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • pinch of salt

Directions
