- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 1 (8.75 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. raisins
Directions

1Mix together sugar, oil and eggs.

2Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

3Combine with egg mixture.

4Add carrots, pineapple, raisins and nuts.

5Blend.

6Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes.
