Lemon-Grilled Swordfish

- 6 (1-inch thick) swordfish steaks (about 3 lb.)
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
- Hollandaise Sauce
- chopped fresh chives
- lemon wedges
Directions

1Place steaks in a shallow dish.

2Combine lemon juice and next 4 ingredients and stir well; pour evenly over steaks.

3Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours, turning steaks occasionally.

4Grill steaks over medium-hot coals 7 to 8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Spoon Hollandaise Sauce down center of steaks and sprinkle with chives.

5Serve with lemon wedges.
