- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 stick butter

- 1 box confectioners sugar

2Grease and flour three 8-inch round pans. Cream the oil and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time; add dry ingredients; stir in carrots and nuts. Bake for 35 minutes.
