  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. hot water
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
