  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 jars of carrots (baby food)
  • 1 small jar of baby food pineapple
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 c. raisins, blanched to plump
  • 1 c. shortening
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Sift dry ingredients.

    Add fruit and nuts and Crisco and vanilla.

    Pour into greased loaf pans.

    Bake at 350° for 60 minutes or until it shrinks from side of pan.

    Serve with whipped cream or ice with favorite vanilla icing.
