- 1/4 t. Salt
- 2 t. Cinnamon
- 2 C. Sugar
- 3/4 C. Vegetable Oil
- 4 Eggs
- 2 lbs Carrots
- Frosting:
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 lb Powdered Sugar
- 1 stick Butter
- 2 t. Vanilla
- 1/2 C. Chopped Pecans (optional)
