  • 3 C. Flour
  • 1 t. Soda
  • 1 t. Baking Powder
  • 1/4 t. Salt
  • 2 t. Cinnamon
  • 2 C. Sugar
  • 3/4 C. Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 lbs Carrots
  • Frosting:
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 lb Powdered Sugar
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 2 t. Vanilla
  • 1/2 C. Chopped Pecans (optional)
