  • 1 cup white flour
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 12 teaspoon salt

  • 4 eggs
  • 12 cup butter, melted (1 stick butter)
  • 12 cup almond oil
  • 2 cups carrots, grated

    Cream the sugar, eggs and oils together.

    Add this mixture to the flour mixture and mix well.

    Finally, add the two cups of carrots, being sure to mix well.
