- 1 12 cups oil
- 2 cups flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 12 cup margarine
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Directions

1Line 3 round cake pans with waxed paper.

3Mix carrots, flour, eggs and oil.

4Mix sugar, soda, salt, cinnamon.

5Combine two mixtures.

6Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

8Mix cream cheese, margarine, powdered sugar and vanilla.
