- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/4 c. salad oil
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. raw carrots (raw)
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
Directions

1In large mixing bowl, mix sugar, oil and eggs.

2Then add eggs. Mix and add flour.

3Mix, then add carrots and nuts, then mix again.

4Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan at 325° for 1 hour.

5Cool in pan; glaze with orange icing.
