  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 2 c. granulated sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 c. raw carrots (raw)
  • 1 c. nuts, chopped

Directions

    In large mixing bowl, mix sugar, oil and eggs.

    Then add eggs. Mix and add flour.

    Mix, then add carrots and nuts, then mix again.

    Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan at 325° for 1 hour.

    Cool in pan; glaze with orange icing.
