  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. coarsely grated carrots
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts
