- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/3 c. salad oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. coarsely grated carrots
- 1 1/3 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Combine sugar, oil and eggs; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

2Sift together dry ingredients; add to oil mixture.

3Beat at low speed for 1 minute.

4Add grated carrots and nuts.

5Spread batter in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Bake at 300° for about 1 hour, until cake tests done with toothpick.
