  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 3 c. grated carrots

Directions

    Add sugar to eggs.

    Beat well.

    Add Wesson oil; mix well. Sift dry ingredients 3 times and mix with carrots and nuts.

    Add to the egg mixture and mix well.

    Pour into 3 well-greased layer cake pans and bake at 300° for 45 to 60 minutes.
