- 2 c. grated carrots
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. or more crushed pineapple or nuts
Directions

1Put all ingredients in one bowl; mix well.

3Bake at 400° until cake springs back lightly.
