  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. or more crushed pineapple or nuts

Directions

    Put all ingredients in one bowl; mix well.
