- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, eggs, and oil together 2 minutes on low.

2Add carrots and walnuts. Mix on high for 3 minutes.

3Pour into greased Bundt pan.

4Bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes.
