- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. pecans, chopped

1Mix carrots, oil, eggs and sugar.

3Sift in salt, cinnamon and flour. Mix well.

4Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes at 350°.
