- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. soda
- 3 c. grated raw carrots
- 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. raisins (optional)
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients; add oil and mix well.

2Add eggs one at a time; blend well and add carrots.

3Beat until well blended.

4Pour into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

5This is a moist, delicious cake.

6Bake at 350° about 1 hour.
