  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 3 c. sifted flour
  • 1 c. small crushed pineapple
  • 3 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 grated carrots

Directions

    Mix oil, eggs and sugar.

    Add carrots, pineapple, nuts and vanilla.

    Beat until smooth.

    Mix together with dry ingredients. Bake in ungreased pan at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.
