- 1 1/2 c. white sugar
- 3/4 c. Puritan oil
- 1 stick butter
- 2 whole eggs and 1 egg white, well beaten
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 c. flour (always stir lightly before measuring)
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 3 c. fresh grated carrots
Directions

1Mix sugar and salad oil together.

2Add well beaten eggs; mix well.

3Combine dry ingredients and stir in.

4Mix until smooth. Add chopped walnuts and grated carrots.

5Bake in 3 greased cake pans at 325° or Bundt cake pan about 30 minutes.

6Oil and lightly flour Bundt pan.
