- 1 1/2 c. grated carrots
- 2 1/2 c. self rising flour
- 2/3 c. nuts
- 4 egg whites stiffly beaten
- 4 Tbsp. hot water
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, mixing egg whites in last.

2Pour into three 9 inch cake pans.

3Bake 30-35 minutes in a 350° oven.
