- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 1 c. pecans, cut fine
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions

1Pour oil in bowl.

2Sift flour, sugar, spice and salt together. Add 1/2 part of this and 1 egg at a time until all is used.

3Add nuts and carrots.

4Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325° in tube pan.
