- 2 c. all purpose flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. soda
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. nuts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Sift dry ingredients into large bowl and set aside.

3In blender container, blend 1 c. carrots with 1 egg and 1/2 c. oil.

4Repeat twice and adding nuts and extra egg with last blending.

5Combine with dry ingredients, mixing well.

6Stir by hand, no mixer needed.

7Pour into well greased tube pan.
-
8Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

9Cool and frost.
