- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. plain flour, sifted
- 3 c. carrots, shredded
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Sift flour before measuring and combine with cinnamon, salt, soda and nuts and set aside.

2With mixer on low speed, mix well the eggs, oil and sugar; add carrots.

3Mix dry ingredients with batter.

4(Do not beat very much.) Grease and flour 3 round cake pans.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

6Cool before icing.
