- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients.

2Heat oil and sugar together.

3Add eggs. Add dry ingredients and carrots.

4Add nuts and stir in.

5Pour in greased and floured cake pans.

6Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

7When cool, frost with cream cheese frosting.
