- 2 c. flour
- 2 1/2 c. grated carrots
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. oil
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- dash of salt
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Mix sugar and oil; beat well.

2Add carrots and mix until smooth.

3Add eggs one at a time.

4Sift flour; mix with remaining dry ingredients.

5Add to mixture.

6Add finely chopped nuts.

7Pour into a greased 3 x 9-inch or 8-inch cake pan.

8Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes.
