- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. carrots, grated
- 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 2 c. cake flour (Swans Down)
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. pecans
Directions

1Cream the sugar and Wesson oil.

2Add eggs and beat one at a time.

3Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture.

4Fold in carrots and pecans.

5Bake in 3 layers about 30 minutes or until done.
