- 1 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. carrots (finely grated)
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions

1Cream sugar and oil.

2Add eggs one at a time.

3Add carrots and dry ingredients and mix well.

4Pour batter into a greased and floured pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

5Frost with cream cheese frosting.
