  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 3 c. grated carrots, packed loosely
  • 4 eggs

    Mix and sift dry ingredients in large bowl.

    Add oil and blend.

    Add eggs and beat well.

    Add grated carrots; stir and beat well.

    Bake in two 9-inch round cake pans at 350° for 35 minutes.
