- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. grated carrots
Directions

1Combine oil and sugar.

2Add eggs, beating mixtures after each egg.

3Add gradually flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.

4Mix well. Fold in carrots.

5Bake in greased rectangular pan at 325° for 45 minutes.
