  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 c. grated carrots

Directions

    Combine oil and sugar.

    Add eggs, beating mixtures after each egg.

    Add gradually flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.

    Mix well. Fold in carrots.

    Bake in greased rectangular pan at 325° for 45 minutes.
