- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. grated carrots
Directions

1Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt together.

2Set aside. Blend sugar, oil and eggs.

3Slowly add dry mixture.

4Blend until smooth and creamy.

5Beat in carrots.
-
6Pour batter into two 8-inch greased and floured cake pans.

7Bake until center springs up when touched.

8Cool layers.

9Put filling between layers and frost top of cake.
