  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon onion
  • 3 tablespoons garlic
  • 2 knorr shrimp flavor bouillon cube
  • 4 cups water
  • 3/4 cup hellmann's or best foods real mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
