- 3 c. grated carrots
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/3 c. oil
- 1 c. nuts (optional)
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients with oil, then add 1 egg at a time and beat.

2Add the 3 cups of carrots.

3Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
