  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 c. nuts

    Use a 2-quart pan.

    Boil sugar, cream and butter.
  3. 3
    Cook to 238° (soft ball). Remove from heat and add vanilla and cinnamon. Stir until mixture begins to thicken.

    Add nuts and stir until well coated.

    Turn onto wax paper or foil or greased cookie sheet.

    Separate and cool.
