- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. yogurt or sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 1/2 c. nuts
Directions

1Use a 2-quart pan.

2Boil sugar, cream and butter.

3Cook to 238° (soft ball). Remove from heat and add vanilla and cinnamon. Stir until mixture begins to thicken.

4Add nuts and stir until well coated.

5Turn onto wax paper or foil or greased cookie sheet.

6Separate and cool.
