  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3 c. shredded carrots
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. pecans

    Add oil and beaten eggs; mix well. Gradually add carrots and nuts.
