- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 c. shredded carrots
- 1 c. cooking oil
- 4 eggs
Directions

1In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.

2Add carrots, oil and eggs.

3Beat with an electric mixer until combined.

4Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 13-inch round baking pans.

5Bake 30 to 35 minutes in a 350° oven.

6Cool for 10 minutes.

7Frost with cream cheese frosting.
