- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 lb. shredded carrots
- 1 c. nuts
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix oil, eggs, sugar, vanilla and carrots thoroughly. Add salt, baking soda and baking powder, then mix in flour.

2Nuts can be added last. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour in greased and floured pan.
