  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3 1/4 Tbsp. hot water
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. raisins, rolled in flour

    Separate eggs and beat whites of eggs stiff.

    Fold in last.

    Bake in oven at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
