  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 c. carrots (1 pkg.)

Directions

    Blend all ingredients except carrots.

    Chop carrots and blend in blender with water.

    After completely blended, remove water and fold carrots in mixture for 2 minutes at medium speed.

    Put batter in greased 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350° for 55 minutes.
