- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. carrots (1 pkg.)
Directions

1Blend all ingredients except carrots.

2Chop carrots and blend in blender with water.

3After completely blended, remove water and fold carrots in mixture for 2 minutes at medium speed.

4Put batter in greased 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350° for 55 minutes.
