- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. snipped fresh parsley
- 4 c. cooked white rice
- 4 c. cooked brown rice, cooked in turkey or chicken broth
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 2 tsp. ground thyme
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground or rubbed sage
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Directions

1Melt butter in large pan.

2Add onion, celery and parsley. Cook over low heat until tender, stirring constantly.

3Add cooked rice, mushrooms and seasonings.

4Toss together lightly.

5Makes enough stuffing for a 12 to 15 pound turkey.
