- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Mix oil and sugar; beat well.

2Add eggs and blend.

3Add flour and cinnamon and blend well.

4Blend with oil mixture.

5Add carrots, a small amount at a time.

6Bake in oblong pan at 325° for 30 to 45 minutes.
