- 1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions

1Have cheese and butter at room temperature or leave out overnight.

2Mix well until it begins to get sticky with hands. Roll into small balls.

3Press with fork.

4Place in freezer until frozen, then can freeze wrapped. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes on ungreased pan.

5Serves about 30.
