Cheddar Cheese Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Directions

    Have cheese and butter at room temperature or leave out overnight.

    Mix well until it begins to get sticky with hands. Roll into small balls.

    Press with fork.

    Place in freezer until frozen, then can freeze wrapped. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes on ungreased pan.
