- 4 whole eggs
- 2 c. plain flour (do not sift)
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1 small flat can crushed pineapple
Directions

1Beat sugar and oil, then add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each.

2Add the rest of ingredients to mixture and mix well. Bake 40 minutes at 325° in three greased and floured 8-inch cake pans.
