- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pineapple
- 1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 1/2 c. oil
Directions

1Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add sugar, oil and eggs (mix well).

2Add carrots, drained pineapple and nuts.

3Turn into 8-inch layer pans (greased and floured).

4Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

5Cool in pan, then turn out and cool on wire racks.

6Spread layer top and sides with Cream Cheese Frosting.
