  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 c. grated carrots

Directions

    Mix sugar and oil. Add eggs, one at a time.

    Add carrots, then flour with soda and cinnamon. Bake in three 8 or 9-inch cake pans. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
