  • 4 eggs (add 1 at a time)
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 3 c. grated carrots
