- 1 c. brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 c. dry milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. walnuts, chopped
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour, whole wheat
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3 c. carrots, shredded
Directions

1In large bowl, blend oil and sugars on low until well mixed. Add vanilla.

2Beat in eggs, one at a time, blending well after each addition.

3Stir together dry ingredients and add to egg mixture until well blended.

4Stir in walnuts and carrots by hand.
