- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. grated carrots
Directions

1Mix sugar into oil as if creaming sugar; then beat in eggs. Sift dry ingredients and mix together.

2Then add carrots.

3Cook at 350° for 35 minutes.

4When cool, slice each layer in half and frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
