- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 4 eggs, beaten well
- 1 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. chopped pecans
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 2 c. grated carrots
Directions

1Mix sugar and salad oil together.

2Add well beaten eggs and mix well.

3Combine dry ingredients and stir in.

4Mix until smooth, add chopped pecans, pineapple and grated carrots.

5Bake in two or three 9-inch or oblong cake pans at 350° for about 30 minutes.
