- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 4 beaten eggs
- 3 c. carrots, finely grated
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together well.

2Bake in 3 (8-inch) layer pans at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

3Make sure the pan is greased and floured well.

4Dump out of pan after setting for 10 minutes, then ice with a Cream Cheese Icing.
