- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. grated raw carrots
- 1 c. chopped pecans or black walnuts
Directions

1Beat eggs.

2Add sugar, oil and cinnamon; beat well, then add flour and mix well.

3Stir in grated carrots.

4Grease and flour three 8-inch pans or two 9-inch pans.

5Pour in batter.

6Bake at 350° until toothpick comes out clean.
